Lindsay Perkins - Level 3 Painting and Decorating

During my time at Suffolk New College I have taken part in various work experience projects which have helped me to gain useful work-based experience in this area.

I have also completed many projects in the well-equipped workshop, which has been a very good environment when practising and completing my assessments, particularly the purpose-built staircase.

The tutors at Suffolk New College have been very supportive during my time here. They have passed on a lot of knowledge and skills and have helped me to gain the confidence I need to set up my business.

I have enjoyed my time at Suffolk New College and I am now using the skills I have learnt and I am applying them to my work as a self-employed painter and decorator.
