I was really impressed with the course – the in-class activities and team-building tasks in particular.
It was really interesting seeing the characters develop and watch as the leaders came through. The course really taught us all a lot about ourselves.
We learnt about different styles of leadership and how people react differently to various styles and stimuli.
The facilities at the College are great and the staff are exceptional – I was really impressed with my tutors, who were really knowledgeable.
I applied to Royal Military Academy Sandhurst to undergo army officer training and have my interview in the next two weeks.
The course has definitely helped me get to this stage.
