Suffolk New College: Recent Developments
Public Meeting

Suffolk College are about to submit a revised Planning Application for the proposed new building in Rope Walk.
Since the original Planning Permission was granted in Oct 2006 some rationalisation of requirements has been carried out and the building reduced in size, most notably on the Milner Street elevation. The proposed Sports Hall has been removed from the within building and will be relocated as an independent building west of the proposed college. This has allowed changes to the fenestration of the southern building.
A meeting is planned for 6.30 pm on Wednesdays 18 April 2007 (in the Boardroom at Suffolk College) to explain and illustrate these changes.
The invitation to the meeting extends to local residents, community leaders and friends of the college.
