SUFFOLK COLLEGE FIRST TO HAVE TRACKING SYSTEM - 17 JANUARY 2007

The Automotive section of Suffolk College are please to take receipt of Claim Watch, a vehicle repair tracking system in relation to customer care. It allows the customer to be regularly updated on the repair status of their car by SMS text messaging. It also allows the customer to look in and view the repair status via the internet.

Claim Watch has sponsored the system for use in Suffolk College, which is the only training establishment in the UK to have this tracking system.

Jason Embry, Lecturer and Assessor in Automotive Body Repair and Refinishing at the College, said, “We are pleased with the reaction from our students, all of whom are delighted to be receiving real hands-on practice with this software. The Claim Watch module is a certified course and all successful students will receive a Certificate of Competence at the end of the course.”

Peter Viccari, from Claim Watch, said, “We are absolutely delighted that Suffolk College is teaching the use of Claim Watch in the Automotive Body Repair and Refinishing course.”
