This is a thriving and lively Curriculum Centre with a highly qualified staff of 28 tutors and a proven record of responsiveness to student's needs and curriculum development. There are many exciting opportunities to learn about your chosen subject area in a variety of ways. The centre has a mixture of general classrooms and IT rooms so every student has the opportunity to access IT on a regular basis.

Business, Leisure and Information Technology (BLiT for short) delivers full time courses in Business, Sport, Administration, Information and Communications Technology and Travel and Tourism. These include the BTEC First and National Diploma in Business, IT, Sport, Travel and Tourism and the Certificate and Diploma in Administration. BLiT also has a large range of part time courses including the AAT Accountancy qualifications, Fitness Instructor Certificates and the Certificate in Personnel Practice. Please click here to see information on our part time courses.

Previous trips for students have included Newquay for those studying Travel and Tourism. The Business students have been to Lakeside shopping complex at Thurrock, the Sports students have been to Norwich UEA and the IT students have visited The Human Interface Technology Exhibition at The Trocadero.
