More than 1,000 Suffolk College FE students achieved their qualifications last summer, many of them will return to the central Ipswich Rope Walk campus to attend the FE Awards Celebrations where they will be formally presented with their certificates.
The proceedings will kick off with a dance routine performed by over 40 first and second year Performing Arts students under the direction of dance tutor, Imogen Fraser . The piece, entitled ‘Moto-Manic’ using ‘ Car Wash’ by Rose Royce and musicology by Prince will doubtless have as a great impact as last years ‘Moulin Rouge’.
Each Curriculum Centre will present special awards to the Best Overall Performer and the Most Improved Student. In addition, local businesses will show their support for the College by sponsoring further prizes.
After the event, former students and their guests will have the opportunity to catch up with friends and tutors whilst enjoying light refreshments, prepared and served by the Further Education Catering students
