A level results 2007
Today students at Suffolk New College were delighted with their AS and A level results. Students celebrating included Dan Drinkald who achieved A level grade A in Maths and Chemistry. Dan is now going to UEA in Norwich to study Pharmacy, and Tanya Richardson who achieved A grades in Sociology, Law and Business Studies together with an AS grade B in Critical Thinking. Tanya is going to university in London.
Marilyn Watsham, Deputy Principalof Suffolk New College, said that “yet again I am delighted with our A-level results which continue to show year on year improvement. These results reflect the hard work of both students and staff, and will help students who have applied to University gain their places”. She went on to say, “There are particularly pleasing results in the established A levels of English Language and Literature, French, Law and Human Biology. The newly introduced A levels in Film Studies, Communication Studies and Government and Politics have also enjoyed good results”.
