New Chaplaincy Coordinator Appointed at Suffolk College - 8 February 2007
Reverend David Mcleod was licensed as the Chaplaincy Coordinator of the Multi Faith Chaplaincy Team at Suffolk College. This post is funded by the Church of England.
At a ceremony hosted at Suffolk College on 30 January 2007 the Bishop of St Edmondsbury and Ipswich, the Right Reverend Richard Lewis , spoke of the vision now becoming reality of a full-time Chaplaincy Coordinator initially for Suffolk College but, from 1 August 2007, for the Education Quarter which embraces University Campus Suffolk and Suffolk New College.
David was welcomed by people from Suffolk College, University Campus Suffolk and the local community.
