John Dugmore

John Dugmore has been Chief Executive Suffolk Chamber of Commerce & Industry since 1/2/06.  He is a Board director of East of England Chambers and a Member of board of many key economic development groups across the County.

He was previously Divisional Director – Client Services, Liverpool Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and was responsible for managing the customer facing side of the Chamber – membership, Events, PR, marketing, commercial services, customer care, project delivery.

Prior to that he was Business Development, Officer University of Central Lancashire responsible for the university’s Income generation and external services

Nationally, John is active across the British Chamber movement, chairing national groups such as the membership 21^st Century strategy group and active on the national commercial services group.

John is a Fellow and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

John is married with one daughter, and his leisure Interests include, as both player and spectator, cricket and football, dining out and relaxing with the family.
